What are the major strengths and weaknesses of the instructor?


2.   Personality and the manner that Dr. riely managed his class was excellent. Lot's of eye contact and made sure that the students understood a topic before moving on.As for weaknesses, I don't think that they were too many.
3.   nice guy - knows his stuff!
5.   Good presentation of the subjects.

What aspects of this course were most beneficial to you?


1.   ok
2.   learning the different componets of a programming language and understanding terminology
3.   relating much class info to industry
4.   Conceptual knowledge and basics of programming languages and the various categories of programming languages.
5.   New Programming languages skills and differences among them.

What do you suggest to improve this course?


2.   have class online available to review lectures. Some of the topics that the prof covered were very detailed and class notes oftem become confusing. Very disappointed that this class did not have col and fell that there should be some type of refund
5.   Overall I think this is OK.

Comment on the grading procedures and exams


2.   Very fair. He knew if you knew the topic or if you were trying to bs.

2.   gret prof and would not mind taking the rest of my classes with him.. He really challenges the students and really runs his class in a manner that is very comfortable which promotes participation. Would definitely look for him as a possible instructor for future classes. Could not say enough.....
